Job Opportunity

This role provides financial support and administrative services to an organisation on a part-time basis (24 hours per week).

The key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records for accounts payable.
  • Bank reconciliations and account balancing.
  • Preparing BAS, PAYG, and superannuation reports.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Liaising with external accountants and auditors as required.
  • General administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable and receivable functions, with a good understanding of accounting procedures.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with proven quality and accuracy of work.
  • Experience using Xero software.
  • Strong reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • An intermediate level of Word and Excel.
