Job Opportunity

The Role of Financial Support Officer is a key position within our organisation, providing essential administrative assistance with financial management.

This role involves maintaining accurate records for accounts payable and ensuring timely bank reconciliations and account balancing. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing BAS, PAYG, and superannuation reporting, as well as supporting month end and year end close processes.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team, possessing a strong understanding of accounting procedures and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions and be proficient in Xero software.

  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Bank reconciliations and account balancing
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Supporting financial close processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
