Arts Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Arts Education Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in the performing arts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing teaching programs that cater to both primary and secondary students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging teaching programs that meet diverse student needs.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to our school's policies and procedures.
  • Model and promote our school's vision and values, fostering positive relationships between staff, students, and parents.
  • Teach senior year levels in the performing arts curriculum, utilizing effective classroom management techniques.
  • Participate in regular staff devotions and prayer, contributing to a collaborative school culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Hold a recognized teaching qualification and be registered with the relevant state teaching authority.
  • Provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia and proof of identity.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to improving student academic outcomes and have high expectations for student behavior.
  • Be a committed Christian, comfortable sharing your faith, and possess excellent organizational skills.
