Are you an experienced property manager ready to take ownership of a boutique, high-quality portfolio? We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our property management business, overseeing a small but dedicated team and a portfolio of 30–40 commercial properties.

The Role
As Senior Property Manager, you will:

Lead the day-to-day management of our commercial portfolio (30–40 assets).

Manage and mentor a small team of property managers and a trust accountant.

Oversee lease administration, tenant relationships, and maintenance coordination.

Drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Act as a key point of contact for owners, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice.

About You
We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in commercial property management (leadership or senior PM role).

Strong knowledge of property legislation, leases, and trust accounting principles.

Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a small team.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
