Job Opportunity: Critical Care Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Professional to join our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working as part of a close-knit team of healthcare professionals.
About the Role:
- Provide critical care services to patients requiring advanced acute care in our fast-paced 30-bed ICU unit.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Clinical Nurse Specialists and Educators, to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Supported by on-site medical teams and a comprehensive roster system, you will have the flexibility to work varied shifts without on-call or after-hours commitments.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as an RN with minimum 3 years post-registration experience within a critical care setting.
- Desirable background in ICU, but not essential.
- Strong time management skills and experience working in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Ability to work a full-time rotating roster of 12 hour shifts.
