Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Intensive Care Unit, working alongside a close-knit team of highly trained nurses and medical experts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care settings, be able to provide high-quality patient care, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
About This OpportunityThis role offers the chance to make a real difference in people's lives, working in a state-of-the-art 30-bed ICU with full-time, part-time, and casual positions available.
You'll be supported by experienced Nurse Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Clinical Nurse Educators who are committed to helping you develop your skills and advance your career.
The ICU is a dynamic unit that handles complex cases, supporting the Emergency Department, Operating Theatres, and Surgical and Medical wards. Shifts are 12 hours on a rotating roster, with no on-call or after-hours requirements, and 24/7 medical support is always available.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment

- Develop and maintain expertise in critical care nursing
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Current registration as an RN with AHPRA
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience within a critical care setting
- Strong time management skills and experience working in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster of 12 hour shifts
