We are seeking enthusiastic and clinically experienced registered nurses to join our ICU team at a leading healthcare facility.
About the RoleLive and work on the iconic Northern Beaches of Sydney, providing state-of-the-art care to patients in our 20-bed ICU. Our unit caters for a range of specialties, including cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, general surgery, and complex medical cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art environment
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Current Registration with AHPRA or In-Principle approval
- Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience in an ICU setting
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
