Opportunity Summary
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Program Leader to join our team in this leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the early years sector and be able to mentor and support our team of educators.
About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of early years educators to deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0-12 years.
- Mentor and support staff to develop their skills and knowledge in the early years sector.
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks associated with the role.
What You'll Need
- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role in the early years sector.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families.
Salary Package
$95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
