About the Role
  • We are seeking a Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and on-site contractor performance.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining site presentation, cleanliness, safety, and essential services.
  • You will lead budget management, forecasting, and monthly reporting, as well as ensure lease obligations and compliance are upheld.
  • We require a strong interpersonal skillset to foster retailer and stakeholder relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in operational property management, preferably in retail assets.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven leadership skills in managing contractors, budgets, and building services.
  • Able to problem-solve and thrive in a hands-on, high-traffic environment.
  • Financial acumen with exposure to OPEX, CAPEX, and reporting cycles.
