About This OpportunityThis senior role involves collaborating closely with clients to build modern data capabilities and drive business transformation using our data platform.
Your Responsibilities:- Guide clients in rebuilding critical reporting and analytics on our data platform
- Coach client data teams on best practices in analytics, including roles, tools, and processes
- Occasionally get hands-on with sample SQL or BI to unblock or demonstrate
- Translate client needs into clear input for our product and engineering teams
- You'll be a hybrid role: part coach, part practitioner, part translator – helping clients adopt our data smoothly and build lasting data capabilities to drive their transformation
- This is one of the first hires onto a new client-facing data team, giving you a chance to play a strategic role in establishing vision, practices, and playbook
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., analytics manager or director, data consultant, lead data analyst, analytics engineer)
- Familiarity with SQL and modern BI tools – enough to recognise and speak to what
