Senior Leader of Organisational Capability and Development

We are seeking a senior leader to head our organisational capability and development function, shaping the learning, leadership, and engagement journey nationwide.
About the Role- Design and deliver strategic leadership and operational capability programs that inspire, engage, and upskill leaders at all levels.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align initiatives with our strategy, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Lead culture and engagement programs that connect teams to our purpose and values.
- Maintain and grow traineeship, qualification, and professional development pathways to remain competitive in hospitality learning.
- Guide a high-performing team through change, complexity, and pace by delivering results on time, to scope, and to a high standard.
- Proven leadership experience in organisational development, learning & culture in large, multi-site environments.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills from executive leaders to frontline staff.
- The ability to transition seamlessly between strategy and hands-on delivery.
- A creative, curious mindset with the courage to challenge conventional thinking.
- Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working at pace in an evolving environment.
