Job Overview

This role is based in Dandenong South and reports directly to the Marketing Manager within the Visy Retail Services division. The working hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm, with a hybrid schedule that allows for three days in the office and two days of remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and coordinating packaging artwork for Visy brands, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, and budgets.
  • Proof and manage packaging and marketing materials, working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Support marketing activities, including content creation for social media, websites, and customer communications.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with sustainability requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project coordination.
Requirements
  • Experience in a marketing role or similar (2+ years is advantageous).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Communications are a bonus but not essential.
  • A passion for creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong writing skills for creating impactful marketing content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the marketing field.
About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and wants to make a difference in their career.
