About the Role:

CPA Australia Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Global Member Experience team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing initiatives that drive engagement across a key membership journey.

Reporting to the Journey Program Manager, you will develop, implement, and support integrated marketing campaigns that contribute to key member journey milestones. You will be accountable for the delivery of end-to-end campaigns and independent work activities across our Associate members, as they study towards becoming a CPA.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing integrated end-to-end campaign plans and calendars under the leadership of the Journey Program Manager
  • Leveraging marketing technology to build and automate campaigns that align with best practice
  • Supporting the team to monitor, review, and analyze all marketing campaign activities and performance
  • Building strong working relationships with key stakeholder groups to ensure campaigns are delivered and meet business requirements
  • Coordinating with external suppliers where required, to ensure all work receives an estimate, purchase order, and final invoice
  • Online file management and ensuring all plans and documentation are stored where the team can access all files and naming conventions follow best practice
  • Providing administrative and campaign support as required by the team

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience of campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Copywriting experience would be beneficial
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision and within deadlines
  • Understanding of marketing technology and Microsoft Suite
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Ideally, a Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or related discipline
