Victoria Subcontractor Portfolio Coordinator

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled coordinator to oversee a portfolio of subcontractors across Victoria. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor rates and pricing for Victoria
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Customer Service, Finance, Sales & Operations
- Facilitate regular communication with external subcontractors/stakeholders to support key business decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge or understanding of the Transport/Waste Industry desirable
- Advanced Microsoft and Google Suite skills desirable
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to effectively manage documents
