An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager Portfolio Coordination on a Fixed term basis in the Communciations & Engagement BranchThe Communications and Engagement Branch is the custodian of the Homes Victoria story, brand and public facing messages. The branch takes an evidence-based approach to supporting change and positive culture and will deliver progressive and best practice external and internal communications, engagement, digital and media services.
The branch maintains specialist expertise in the disciplines of:
- Strategic communications planning and market research
- Public engagement strategy, implementation, and evaluation
- Social media and video production
- Website planning, maintenance, and publishing
- Graphic design, events, copywriting, and speechwriting
- Internal communications strategy and implementation
The Manager of Portfolio Coordination is responsible for working across the Communications and Engagement branch to support the delivery of high-quality communications and engagement outputs. The position reports to the Executive Director, Communications and Engagement, and acts as a key adviser across the branch, working with the leadership team to strategically coordinate all activity and ensure timely delivery.A central liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, the Manager of Portfolio Coordination will identify communications and engagement requirements, managing these end to end in partnership with members of the branch and business
