Job Description:
  • Manage a desk for mainly contract but also permanent placements, developing new business through consistent sales activity and maintaining IT industry networks and personal brand.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to map the market and create comprehensive sales plans.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking to build a strong pipeline of developer candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experienced agency 360 IT recruiter with considerable experience placing Developers and new business development.
  • Drive for success, sales activity, and client delivery.
  • Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients at all levels.
