About Administration Officer Role

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide administrative support in our Paediatrics Outreach Outpatients Clinic.

This role involves providing assistance to the manager and team, ensuring the smooth operation of clinic services. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, as well as experience with Windows-based software.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to learn new processes and provide flexibility in the workplace. A current driver's licence is also required.
