The Opportunity

Embark on a leadership career in Darwin, where lifestyle and opportunity converge. This well-established pharmacy is seeking an accomplished Pharmacist Manager to spearhead day-to-day operations and drive service delivery in a community-focused environment.

The Role

As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing dispensary operations while working closely with a dedicated team consisting of another Pharmacist, an Intern, and experienced Dispensary Technicians. You will also lead the Vaccination Clinic and contribute to high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage dispensary operations and workflow.
  • Provide clinical support and vaccinations to patients.
  • Mentor and support team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Participate in weekend and evening shifts on a rotating basis.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA is essential.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy management is highly desirable.
  • Vaccination accreditation is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are imperative.
Additional Information
  • The role offers 38 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
  • Salary: $55 plus negotiation.
  • Additional weekend and evening penalty rates apply.
