The Job Role

In this exciting position, you will provide commercial support to optimize deal measurement and valuation of work. You will drive procurement outcomes, establish financial controls, and offer contractual support to the project team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
  • Experience working on large projects over $100m or demonstrated expertise in complex project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in financial control, commercial risk management, and negotiation.
