About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to manage a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.

  • Proactively manage claims for individuals injured at work in the Northern Territory from inception to finalisation.
  • Maintain a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for workers.
  • Make key liability decisions, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with the NT Return to Work legislation.
  • Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including employers, legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.
