Job Title: Defence Portfolio Leader

Fujitsu seeks an experienced Defence Portfolio Leader to drive strategic growth and customer relationships across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a sales and customer relationship team for one of Fujitsu's largest account engagements within the Australian Department of Defence.
  • Drive growth through winning and leading strategic capture and bid activities for major Defence programs.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure service performance meets contractual, operational, and customer expectations.
  • Identify future opportunities and needs within this Defence account, establishing Fujitsu at the forefront of innovation within the market.
  • Maintain and lead core activities within the customer account, including performance reporting, monitoring of the contract, and commercial arrangements.
Requirements and Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership and management roles, ideally within a Defence or Federal government organisation, with a focus on customer and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Previous experience working in Defence is highly desirable.
