About the role
- This is an unpaid virtual internship, working from home with all the training and support needed to grow.
- The internship duration is 3 months full-time equivalent or 6 months part-time.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in business development and generate leads.
- Actively seek potential clients and source candidates.
- Maintain a database of available skilled people and identify candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
- Work closely with specialists to understand recruitment strategies and perform admin tasks.
Requirements
We need a team player who can adopt and promote EBR's core values and behaviours.
This requires a self-motivated mindset, positive attitude, ability to take initiative, reliability, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Estimated salary: AU$30,000 - AU$40,000 per annum
