Job Role

The Regional Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operational needs of a team and client group, fostering positive stakeholder relationships, and ensuring service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Lead a cleaning team and undertake people management functions
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders
  • Coordinate periodic works and extra works
  • Invoice for extra work and in-contract works
  • Conduct routine site audits (cleaning inspections)
Skill Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • A reliable car is essential
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
  • A Working with Children and National Criminal History check is required for this role
