Job Opportunity: Commercial Operations and Property Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial operations and property management division. As a key member of our team, you will drive excellence, inspire creativity, and ensure the success of this large and complex division.
This division comprises 105 employees across 10 sites, with diverse skills ranging from hands-on roles at tourist parks and cemeteries to office-based roles in customer service, property management, and statutory property roles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance commercial returns and customer experiences
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Navigate priorities, drive change, and improve business performance
- Maintain safety, governance, and values-based leadership throughout the division
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant degree and senior experience in commercial operations and property management
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities
- Experience leading transformational programs and cultural change
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
