The Role of Regional Manager

This key position is responsible for overseeing daily operations across our incredible Vertical Villages in Wollongong, ensuring high-quality, supported living services that prioritize participant well-being and decision-making.

You will lead and manage end-to-end service delivery through two Practice Leads who will report directly to you, ensuring quality outcomes for our participants and stakeholders, while maintaining sound financial management and regulatory compliance.
