We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Manager to join our team at Local Peoples in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to a wide range of projects that drive strategic objectives, modernise business processes, and provide reliable information to inform decision-making.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • This role involves working as an embedded team member with government clients in both contract and ongoing roles.
  • You will be responsible for contributing to project teams, developing and delivering effective communications campaigns, and engagement programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with formalised methods, approaches, and industry best practices, such as PROSCI, CMI, or CMBoK.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in change management, including communications, engagement, and behavioural and cultural change.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering effective communications campaigns, and engagement programs.
  • Relevant change management and/or communications qualifications or industry certification.
  • Current ASGVA Baseline clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Australian citizenship.
