Change Management Lead

At Randstad, we are seeking a seasoned Change Management Lead to join our team.

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading a specialist team in designing and delivering strategic, innovative, and inclusive organisational change management plans, strategies, communications, and content to support our Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Specialist Team: Lead a small, specialist team to develop and implement organisational change management plans and strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Strategic Change team, the CDoF project team, ICT delivery teams, people leaders, and external parties.
  • Change Management Delivery: Deliver change management outcomes on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Change Impact Assessments: Engage effectively with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed, accurate change impact assessments.
  • Resistance Mitigation: Identify and mitigate resistance to change using proactive strategies and interventions.
  • Impact Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Understand the impact of the changes created by the Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) program and identify opportunities for continuous improvement plans and strategies.
  • Support Communication Efforts: Support business areas in communicating effectively with participants, staff, and partners by ensuring leaders have the information they need to perform their roles as change champions.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience as a change manager or business analyst.
  • Certifications: Change management certification (e.g., CMI, Prosci, Agile Change).
  • Policy Change Leadership: Experience leading policy change initiatives.
