Job Title

A highly influential Product Development Leader is required to spearhead the development of world-class innovative Own Brand products, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This key leadership position oversees the total Health & Home product development process, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of product developers to achieve cross-functional goals and objectives;
  • Developing and executing a customer-centric product strategy for the Health & Home portfolio, in collaboration with category and CoE teams;
  • Ensuring strong plans are in place to deliver the OB strategy, including prioritizing the development pipeline and allocating resources effectively;
  • Delivering high-quality, on-time, and in-full products that meet or exceed customer expectations;
  • Managing existing ranges to ensure consistent quality, benchmarking, and enabling growth;
  • Driving innovation through new product development from ideation to commercialization, incorporating strategic initiatives such as B2B, E-commerce, and range platforms.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a collaborative mindset;
  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a passion for growing and nurturing talent;
  • Experience in a Product Development, Commercial, or similar Leadership role within a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment;
  • Well-rounded product development and innovation skills, including range architecture, product trends, and insights;
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and standards, with a strong focus on safety and quality management.
