Job Description:

As an Administration Support specialist, you will work within a large national business environment. You will be part of a supportive team and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver allocated work accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include processing accurate HR documentation, managing file storage, supporting TA administration processing, responding to employment verification requests, validating award minimum rates and AWAS calculations for correct contract generation, and attending to other general HR administration tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will bring strong attention to detail, confidence in Microsoft suite products, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, well-developed customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication, and time management skills. Previous experience in an administration type role is advantageous.
