
Administrative Support Specialist

Silverchain is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative support to our multi-disciplinary team across the metropolitan Service Delivery Centres in South Australia.
The successful candidate will be based at our northern Service Delivery Centre and will manage their own workload to meet established timeframes and business support expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Support Services
- Providing support with meeting coordination, scheduling appointments, and coordinating stationery, client packs, and medical stock levels.
- Accurately processing financial documentation, preparing spreadsheets and databases, and maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Providing relief administration support where required and contributing to continuous improvement activities to streamline processes.
About You
- Demonstrated high-level administration skills, computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite, and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, autonomously, and experience in a similar role.
- A full Australian driver's license and willingness to adhere to COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
