About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Interface Engineer to join our team. The Central-West Orana Transmission Project will provide new high-capacity transmission lines and energy hubs, unlocking up to 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants through project delivery
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with electrical standards and designs
  • Engage with OEM suppliers and subcontractors to maintain effective relationships
  • Assist in procurement and supplier relationships for substation electrical equipment
  • Contribute to project schedules and progress monitoring
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical equipment, preferably in Substations
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of substation layouts and primary equipment up to 500kV

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
