Electrical Interface Coordinator Role

As an Electrical Interface Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage interface with third-party suppliers, clients, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead third-party interfaces with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants
  • Manage requirements of third-party agreements and reporting tools to ensure compliance
  • Engage within the project delivery team to manage communication with third parties regarding upcoming works that impact operational basis
  • Liaise with Network Operator, client, internal delivery arms, and support services to ensure energy supplier connections meet electrical standards and designs
  • Develop contractual letters for third parties and end-client as required
  • Produce and maintain appropriate documents and regular reporting to stakeholders reflecting key issues, resolutions, and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical equipment, ideally in Substations
  • Exposure to OEM suppliers both in Australia and internationally
  • Understanding of Australian standards with regards to electrical equipment
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in Sydney and work full-time in our offices. The role may involve ad-hoc travel to site and eventually progress to full-time site work at Merotherie, NSW regional office.
