Digital Solutions Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing and Innovation team, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our commerce platforms, EDI integrations, CRM applications, and broader digital initiatives.

About the Role:
  • You will provide first-line support for digital platforms including CRM and CAD-based design apps, and other digital tools.
  • Manage software licensing, including setup and renewals, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate EDI onboarding and provide ongoing support for internal and external partners and customers.
  • Rfine and maintain accurate data across digital commerce systems.
  • Deliver training sessions and maintain user documentation.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to track, manage and resolve digital support issues.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 digital or application support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and licensing management.
  • Experience supporting or onboarding users to digital platforms or systems.
