Automation Service Line Specialist Job

Position Description

Our Cognizant Automation practice focuses on providing Robotic Process Automation, Machine learning and Analytics solutions for mission-critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an automation sales strategy for assigned accounts with industry vertical sales teams.
  • Own revenue, margin, pipeline, TCV and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
  • Build qualified pipelines of opportunities and create differentiated solution proposals aligned to client needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to create targeted pitches and solution offerings.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs from prospects and clients.
  • Build and manage senior and mid-level customer relationships in Business and IT.
  • Engage with strategic product partners for joint marketing and sales, plan and participate in relevant industry events, and drive pipeline planning, lead generation and joint pursuits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Track record of growing a successful IT, Consulting or AI practice with experience in selling automation, process consulting and data analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI solutions with a specific focus on Generative AI by working on various cloud platforms.
