Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Technology Solutions Consultant to join our team. This key role involves configuring, optimising, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital technology platforms.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyse customer and product requirements to implement platform solutions that meet business needs.
- Proactively manage platform performance and resolve technical issues through expert analysis and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and vendor relationship management.
- Design and implement front-end, back-end, and platform-specific solutions, including integrations using REST API and LTI protocol.
- Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement projects to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience administering learning, membership, or CRM platforms.
- Strong technical skills, including REST API, LTI and QTI protocols, and data/file management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Experience in the education sector is beneficial.
