We're looking for a skilled Digital Solutions Consultant to support our commerce platforms, EDI integrations, and CRM applications.

This is a critical role in shaping digital solutions that drive business impact, gain end-to-end delivery exposure, and develop highly transferable skills in stakeholder engagement, solution delivery, and Scrum leadership.

You'll be involved in strategic, high-value digital projects, benefit from mentorship by senior leaders, and have clear career pathways toward leadership, product ownership, or deeper technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for digital platforms, including CRM and CAD-based design apps
  • Manage software licensing, setup, renewals, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate EDI onboarding and provide ongoing support for internal and external partners and customers
  • Rfine and maintain accurate data across digital commerce systems
  • Deliver training sessions and maintain user documentation
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to track, manage, and resolve digital support issues

You're a natural problem solver - proactive and highly organized, you take ownership of issues, communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders, and focused on delivering value.

You're equally comfortable diving into data, guiding users through new systems, and balancing day-to-day support with ongoing digital initiatives.

In addition, you will bring:

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
  • Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 digital or application support
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently
  • Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of data analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and licensing management
  • Experience supporting or onboarding users to digital platforms or systems
  • A willingness to learn new tools and technologies
