- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
- Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centered practice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislative requirements, and best practices.

Essential Criteria- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services desirable.
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends.
- Current Driver's License essential.
