Job Description

We are seeking a Dining Service Director to lead the guest service team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Dining Service team to provide excellent customer service and value for money.

  • Maintain store standards and contribute to ongoing business improvement.
  • Manage customer interactions, address complaints empathetically, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior leadership experience is essential; ability to lead and delegate tasks to others.
  • An empathetic approach to customers and team members.
  • Hospitality industry knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.
