Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Pool Administration Coordinator to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling pool services, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Coordination: Coordinate and schedule regular and urgent pool services to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
  • Transaction Processing: Process point of sale transactions, including Eftpos, to ensure accurate and secure financial transactions.
  • Pool Water Testing and Analysis: Conduct pool water testing and analysis to ensure the health and safety of our clients' pools.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Current Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license to perform duties related to pool services.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, industrial retail, or a related field is highly desirable.
