Service Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Haynes People. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor job orders for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Supervisor.
- Ensure all job orders are closed with appropriate parts, labour, and miscellaneous for customer invoicing.
- Follow up on any rework, write-off, or goodwill requests with the Service Supervisor.
- Accurately encode all documentation relevant to AX software.
- Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis.
- Action tasks relating to outside purchase orders as requested.
- Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations.
Requirements:
- Current drivers' licence and reliable transport.
- Previous Site Administration experience.
- Knowledge of AX software or similar.
- Certificate III in Office or Business Administration - advantageous.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screen.
- Ability to complete online onboarding prior to commencement.
