About the Role:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services to families experiencing conflict post-separation, assisting them in reaching agreements about children or property.
  2. Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to support families holistically.

Essential Requirements:

  • Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner by the Australian Attorney-General's Department, or eligibility for accreditation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, psychology, or social work.
  • Familiarity with child inclusive mediation practice.
  • Understanding of family law legislation.
  • Awareness of community services, particularly those related to family relationship issues.
  • Knowledge of child protection concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and writing skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Measurable achievements against program-specific client targets.
