Administrative Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organization and take on the role of Branch Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the branch, and providing support to the team. This includes handling front-of-house duties, managing email inboxes, receiving and distributing mail, couriers, and deliveries, coordinating marketing materials, ordering and managing stationery and office supplies, organizing vehicle registrations, and assisting with office projects and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-of-house duties, including answering calls and greeting customers
  • Managing administrative email inboxes
  • Receiving and distributing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Coordinating marketing materials such as brochures, handover packs, and business cards
  • Ordering and managing stationery and office supplies, including raising purchase orders
  • Organising vehicle registrations
  • Assisting with office projects and general administration
  • Liaising with external suppliers and contractors
  • Maintaining office filing systems
  • Managing PPE tracking and coordinating with the WHS Administrator
  • Providing backup support to the Sales Administration team as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar administrative position. You should possess high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, clear and confident communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
