
Family Support Liaison

The Family Support Liaison role is a vital position within our organisation. In this capacity, you will work closely with Aboriginal families who access support services at the Tiraapendi Wodli (TW) Hub.
About the RoleThis role involves working collaboratively with the Aboriginal Families Thrive team to provide culturally grounded and strengths-based support to Aboriginal men, women, and families. The TW Hub aims to strengthen the health, safety, and lives of Aboriginal individuals and their families.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including government and non-government organisations.
- Provide information and support to Aboriginal families regarding available services and resources.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve program objectives.
- Demonstrate initiative and good problem-solving skills to address complex issues affecting Aboriginal families.
A clearance to work with Children and a current Driver's Licence are required for this role.
