Role Summary

As a dedicated customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences.


The Role
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
  • Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
  • Guide customers through innovative range of hearing devices and accessories.
  • Resolve concerns efficiently, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
  • Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote the clinic and its services.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
  • Attention to detail, solid administrative background, and collaborative spirit.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with ability to work independently when needed.
