About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Sales Manager to join our Korea Partner & Channel team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing the EUC business with our partner community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive joint engagement with the EUC partner across the entire sales cycle, from market opportunity identification to account teaming and closing opportunities.
  • Establish a regular cadence for engagement with stakeholders, including weekly forecast and pipeline review with partners for corporate customers.
  • Conduct Partner Quarterly Reviews and Executive Briefings.
  • Build actionable relationships with the partners' leaders, including sales, pre-sales, and services departments.
  • Develop and execute individual partner business plans to establish a foundation of intelligence and insight for both short-term tactical opportunities and long-term strategic success.
Requirements
  • Functional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and delivery skills.
  • Relentless curiosity for learning and developing.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal distractions.
About the Team

The hiring manager for this role is Rajesh Deepchandani, Asia Pacific EUC Director for Partners. He leads a team of Partner Sales Managers responsible for developing and growing the EUC business with our partner community.

The team prioritizes sharing best practices and learning from each other, connecting on a regular basis both online and face-to-face.
