Job Title: Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the customer experience by identifying issues proactively, building strong relationships with customers, and finding solutions that benefit all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As the primary point of contact for customers via various communication channels, ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by collaborating closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand external factors impacting customer supply chains and comprehend their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers, and desires.
  • Align with customer expectations upfront and respond with suggested solutions.
  • Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction across Maersk product offerings.
  • Cross-sell and upsell logistics and services products to customers.
  • Manage vendor relationships and consolidate shipment orders without physical cargo execution.
  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.
  • Display willingness to go above and beyond for customers, focusing on providing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Acknowledged knowledge of shipping, supply chain, or logistics industry is beneficial
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Energetic, organized, and self-motivated individual
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of business processes and digital proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
