About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs across various segments, including AFL Auskick, Superkick, Community Football, Nines and School Football.

Main Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of NAB AFL Auskick and Superkick programs, focusing on quality and growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and coordinate Auskick and Superkick Coordinators.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with teachers, schools and other program stakeholders to increase the number of School Ambassadors.
  • Staff Development: Support ongoing training and education for casual staff to deliver the AFL Programs.
  • School Programmes: Support booking and delivering school programs to increase participation across key segments.
  • Community Football: Deliver programs to support transition and retention of Community Footballers.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role or field.
  • Strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • The ability to provide diverse thinking and ideas.
  • Capability to establish and prioritize tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
