About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food Safety Compliance Specialist to support our Quality Assurance team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our food safety practices meet the highest standards. Your expertise in food safety auditing, HACCP, and compliance will enable you to make a significant impact in our industry.

About the Responsibilities:

- Conduct food safety induction training for new employees

- Facilitate annual food safety refresher training for all employees

- Provide advice and support to staff on food safety and compliance

- Conduct compliance audits and investigate customer complaints

- Develop and implement food safety and compliance procedures

About You:

- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related field

- Proven experience in food safety auditing and compliance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment
