Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a NOC Operator. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the integrity of all Managed Public Safety Network services.

Working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, you will be responsible for alarm monitoring, surveillance, operations, and maintenance of network services and systems. This includes effective management of incidents, problems, and change management cases, as well as proactive event management and incident response to prevent service availability interruptions.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with emergency service organisations and agency customers to resolve faults or issues. You will also analyse incidents and provide efficient solutions for restoration within SLAs.

Other key responsibilities include managing service outages and faults with relevant vendors/third parties, ensuring customer dashboard notices and communications are always up-to-date, and escalating promptly service availability faults or hazards as required.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in an operational or technical environment with IT/Telecommunications/NOC Network Management/P25 Radio
  • Strong ability to analyse complex data
  • ITIL qualified
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Telecommunications
