Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and collaborative professional to join our Health practice in Sydney. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact by developing and executing a strategic plan to grow our presence within the NSW Health ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and leveraging existing trusted relationships with clients in the NSW Health sector.
  • Acting as an advisor to help healthcare clients navigate their digital transformation and improve community outcomes.
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to grow our presence within the NSW Health ecosystem.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams of NCS experts and client stakeholders to jointly craft innovative solutions that address complex challenges in healthcare.
Required Skills and QualificationsEssential Skills:
  • Proven track record in business development, strategic account management, or similar roles within a technology consultancy, systems integrator, or professional services firm.
  • Deep understanding of the NSW Health sector, including its key challenges, procurement processes, and strategic digital transformation goals.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets by building and managing a robust opportunity pipeline from inception to closure.
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term, C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and present complex technology solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A highly collaborative and visionary approach, with a talent for bringing together diverse internal and external teams to co-create solutions and drive collective action.
  • Superior networking and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, trust, and strong partnerships.
